Spain will receive 36,000 million from the EU until 2020 , so the country will remain a net receiver against the rest but with a minimum rate of 0.20% , as reported Friday by Finance Minister Cristobal Montoro . The head of government accounts explained the Cabinet after the general objectives to which the Structural and investment funds will be used . In the previous program, between 2007 and 2013 , the country was the second biggest money entered with 41.864 million , up 14% .
Instead of the classical co- guide for private involvement in the process is allowed , highlighted Montoro . Furthermore, Montoro has clarified that euros and 943 million for the implementation of the Youth Employment Initiative are included in these figures. As new , the finance minister has advanced so far that if Feder funds have been earmarked for infrastructure investment , now more focus on the knowledge economy. In addition , he recalled that in this new period of co-financing projects with European funding be extended to the private sector.
