The earth shook with force to 5.26 pm on Thursday at the Pacific coast of Nicaragua , reviving the memory of Nicaraguans one of their worst fears : the possibility of a major earthquake . Chaos gripped Managua , the capital, after the earthquake , because the power service in various parts of the city was suspended , affecting traffic.
