The answer has come in 48 hours. The Alliance Platform NGO HIV, which includes more than 300 associations dedicated to this infection, has sent a letter to the Minister of Health, Ana Mato, in which distance themselves from his proposal that they are the ones that meet irregular migrants who fall outside the system on September 1.
