The housing prices in 2012 suffered its biggest drop since the bubble burst in late 2007. The decline last year was 13.7% on average over a year earlier, the fifth consecutive annual decline, according to the housing price index from the National Institute of Statistics (INE).
According to data released on Friday, the new house price fell by 12.3%, while that of the 14.8% used under. The INE this index since 2007.
