The Spanish government debt held by non-residents rose in February to reach 240.382 million euros, its highest level in the last year, since February 2012, according to data published by the Treasury.

After undergoing a sharp drop last year, most of which is had in a year, the foreign investor confidence seems to have recovered this year, and now accounts for 37% of the total compared to 36% in January, even far from the 50% which meant the end of 2011.
