 Everybody happy . Argentina 's government this week will start paying part of the 5,000 million dollars in bonds that Repsol agreed to compensate for the expropriation of 51% of its shares in YPF. And the Spanish company disclaims request renewal of its two seats among the 18 members of the new policy, though still has a 12% stake in the company Argentina .
YPF said Monday the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that the general meeting on Wednesday approved the appointment of 18 integrantesde your new directory , including not include representatives of Repsol. The news comes out two days before the Argentine government begins issuing bonds to indemnify Repsol. The law by which the expropriation was effected contemplates a two-year period for payment . And the deadline is Wednesday , May 7.
And conclude two years of negotiations in which Argentina and Spain suffered one of its greatest diplomatic crises in decades. During those years there were five attempts agreement. Until November 5 Spanish Industry Minister Jose Manuel Soria , contacted by telephone with Argentine Economy Minister , Axel Kicillof and talks started again .
As of now , the president of Repsol , Antonio Brufau , have a freer hand to sell 12 % stake in YPF. And the Argentine government have more facilities to attract foreign investment to the gas field oil and unconventional Vaca Muerta .

Argentiniens Regierung in dieser Woche beginnt die Zahlung der Teil der 5.000 Millionen US-Dollar in Anleihen, die Repsol vereinbart, für die Enteignung von 51% der Anteile an der YPF zu kompensieren.
