Madrid. (EUROPA PRESS) .- The Organisation of Consumers and Users (OCU) has been "relieved" by the decision to not air traffic controllers go on strike in August, as announced by the Executive Committee of the syndicate USCA, as reported in a statement. OCU pointed to the "anxiety, distress and uncertainty" generated by the negotiations between controllers and Government, "perched" under the threat of a strike without a fixed date.

The OCU warned that, regardless of the demands of the workers in charge of air traffic control and the plans of the Ministry of Public Works regarding the future of this group, "it is necessary to adopt a definitive solution to this conflict."

The organization noted that "it is urgent detailed regulation of the right to strike which clearly define the obligations and rights of all those involved in a labor dispute."

In this sense, OCU has returned to ask all the groups a majority agreement to develop an organic law regulating this right, especially on the most important sectors of economic activity and play an essential role for the normal development of services basic public and community.
