The Government has today approved the draft law on banks and banking foundations, a return to the original boundaries of these institutions, which will then deal with retail customers and SMEs, in a territory not exceeding ten a CCAA or neighboring provinces.
The Minister of Economy and Competitiveness Luis de Guindos, explained after the Cabinet has given the green light to the bill that will triple constraint: material, physical and volume.
Thus, the savings may not be an asset of over 10,000 million or a share of deposits above 35% of the autonomous community in which they operate.
