Adicae denounces' fraud orchestrated "Bankia 200,000 preferentistas

Adicae Association denounced the "fraud orchestrated" by Bankia, the CNMV and the FROB against almost 200,000 families preferred bought boxes that created the group and now receive shares which currently only allows them to recover 25% of their savings .
Given this reality and the recommendation of the immediate sale of the shares by lawyers and consumer organizations as the OCU, the Association of Users of Banks, Savings Banks and Insurance (Adicae) cautions that value each affected their circumstances before make this decision.
The association, which will challenge FROB court agreement on the exchange made in Bankia, regrets that after the first removed from the 38% average applied to the redemption of hybrid products, sufferers face an additional loss of 60%, which together recovery means only 25% of their savings.
Also alleges that the CNMV Adicae allows since last Thursday "the dirty game of speculators" leading to a fall in the shares exacerbating losses of 190,000 senior and subordinated affected converted into "forced shareholders
