The Civil Guard found dead a 55 year old woman inside her home in Alcala la Real (Jaén), and minutes later another home located in the resort to its former partner, 52, who had committed suicide. All signs point to a new crime macho, something that the city of Alcalá la Real and has been assumed to convene at noon a concentration against gender violence.
The Civil Guard, however, awaits the first data of the investigation and the autopsy of the two bodies to determine if indeed it is a new case of violence against women. Apparently, the couple, who had no children, had resumed cohabitation after a period of separation. The woman had not provided prior complaint of ill-treatment.
The body of Extremera Dolores Lopez was found at about six o'clock in the interior of your home from Alcala de las Americas neighborhood. The Civil Guard had been alerted by the alleged perpetrator asking him to come to his aid because he was seriously injured. Moments later, agents went to the home of his partner and found him hanged. The man was a native of the town of Granada Montefrío.
The couple had a relationship for 10 years, but two were separated. At present, according to municipal sources, had decided to resume cohabitation.
