The risk measurement agency Moody's today explained that before reviewing Spanish debt rating, which announced this month, will examine factors such as capital requirements of the financial sector or the recently approved State Budget for 2013.
The agency has indicated that it continues with a review of the Spanish debt rating whose result was to be announced by the end of September. In June, Moody's downgraded the rating by three notches from Spain, the "A3" (remarkably low) to "Baa3" (approved under), and placed it on negative outlook.
According to the agency said today, continue the review while evaluating the impact of various factors such as capital requirements of the financial sector, the support mechanisms that the EU will have to address this deficit, its size, or the recent Budget approved State for next year.
