The chief economist at La Caixa, Jordi Gual, and the representative of BBVA Real Estate Ignacio Sanmartín have warned Friday that if transfer prices are set at too low bad bank, all banks will suffer, including healthy, and overall housing sector. The purchase price will be announced next week.
