The credit rating agency Moody's has downgraded one to two notches assessing five regions and added to Andalusia and Extremadura in the junk category. Castilla-La Mancha, Catalonia and Murcia, which were within that grade, his grades are falling.
The agency reduced the rating to Baa3 from Ba2 Andalusia, two steps, while Extremadura Baa3 to Ba1 passes, which is one level lower your score, just separating the investment grade of speculation.
Moody's justified its decision by the deterioration in the liquidity of the affected communities. The negative outlook is also in line with the Spanish sovereign debt, located at Baa3. Moody's also warned that further deterioration of the economic environment in Spain add pressure on the regional debt rating.
