The Spanish youth denies the functioning of political parties but does not want her blowing : craves processing. Most feel identified with both Spain and its autonomous community and Europe and their vote is mainly oriented towards the PSOE, Izquierda Unida and third. If by young people outside the PSOE would win the election both in the European elections on 25 May 2015 as the general , although IU and UPyD recorded strong growth, also by the thrust of those under 35 years. No noticeable hint of anti behaviors , the study of Metroscopia , " Young Spanish 2014 , a collective portrait " .
No political party is no democracy ; parties are necessary to defend the interests of social groups , elections are required to improve and change the country .... Do not be surprised if these statements convey the heads of the political groups but perhaps more so if those manifest form of majority are young Spaniards . Yes , trust in politics but reject as now organized and political parties work. This follows from the study by Metroscopia for COUNTRY focused on people aged 18 to 34 who portrays a social block , which is currently in the barn of votes that could achieve recovery of the left. So believes 80% of young people who will vote in the next European elections on May 15 mostly the PSOE , 28.8 % versus 22.6 PP . A vote if he joined the PSOE 14.2% of IU , they would by over 40% . This would not be the end result because the overall vote , telling the elderly, would produce a tie , with a few tenths above the government party . The thrust of UPyD also by the young industry is prominent, with 8.6% .
Spain not deny or matches, in the abstract, and 55 % believe that " there is no democracy without them "
These young people are "identified with Spain " by 78 % - compared to 85% of older - and by 84 % with its autonomous community; more likely to maintain the autonomous State as is ( 34 %), which eliminate the autonomy (16 % ) or become a federal state ( 16%). A state in which it is possible that the regions that want to become independent states, defends only 13%. All children under 35 years if they return to birth would want to do it again in Spain by 66 % compared to 30 % who would like to see the light in another country , mainly the United States and Germany, closely followed by the UK and France.
Spain not deny nor matches, in the abstract, to estimate 55% that " there is no democracy without parties ." However, with the current operation and your organization does not produce the least attraction for political activity to competent and qualified people .
Consciously or not , the young match all opposition political forces against the PP on the abortion law . There is no need to modify the deadlines adopted in 2010 the government of José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero. This is recognized in 72% of respondents.
The conceptual overlap is not as particular merits attributed to the current political parties or any institutional body , starting with the government. They have the certainty that the state does not care about their future but do not want to demolish the system. They long for what they have not known , the political transition, and have the assurance that if the institutional framework change , everything could be better. Even the monarchy is now " firmly established " for the 64 % of respondents , and " in his day " , replacing Don Felipe Juan Carlos will occur normally. Do not remove merits to the King, and that 64 % are convinced that without their actions the transition to democracy would not have been possible. The credibility crisis of the monarchy of a little over one year seems to hit bottom and started the comeback. In all Metroscopia studies , however , concluded that the Spanish society is more republican than monarchical , but pragmatism prevails the services offered by the Crown.
Moderation is also imposed on political preferences , defined as extreme options that just do not have depth. Among the labels after which respondents are placed. 14 % feel well with that of "liberal" , followed by a 13% " centrist " , 12% and 16% social democratic socialist . " Conservatives " feels 10% and radical right-wing or left-wing 1% respectively. In ideology and the rest of the plots gain long reformists versus breakthrough .
