Pescanova president, Manuel Fernández de Sousa, has asked the bankruptcy administrator, Deloitte, be relieved in all branches of Pescanova in listed as sole director, as confirmed to Efe sources close to the president.
According to some sources, the request was made by De Sousa Deloitte on Friday, under Auto Commercial Court No. 1 of Pontevedra in which the judge confirms the termination of the operational functions of the board and rejects Pescanova the appeal for reversal of the president of the company that called an intervention, rather than a suspension of such functions.
