China is willing to "work with the international community to safeguard Internet", as reported by the Foreign Ministry spokesman Asian giant, Hua Chungying.
"The Chinese government firmly opposes cyber attacks and has worked hard, in accordance with national legislation, to stop them", reported in his daily press conference, according to Xinhua news agency.
Hua has made these statements after the weekend Australian media denounced several cyber attacks against the country's central bank ocean apparently by Chinese hackers.
In February, the U.S. company Mandiant said in a 60-page report, most cyber attacks perpetrated against several countries, especially against the United States, come from a building belonging to the unit Shanghai 61398, Chinese Army.
The security company explained that cyber attacks are the work of hacker group APT-1, which, apparently, "has direct government support" Chinese take out "a broad campaign of cyber espionage long term."
The cyber attacks began in 2006, although it was shot in 2008, and have targeted a dozen areas referred to as "strategic" economic five-year plan of the Asian giant.
Mandiant totaled 141 affected entities worldwide, though mostly in the United States. It is both public and private companies, chemical, armaments and telecommunications, among others.
"The 61398 unit is one of the most prolific cyber spying groups, by the volume of information that has stolen", ranging from contact lists, personal data-up strategies.
