Former director and shareholder of Pescanova Alfonso Paz-Andrade last February reduced its stake in the shareholding of the Galician company, up 3,027%, through the sale of 150,392 shares amounting to 2.55 million euros, according recorded in the records of the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
Ardara Nova Equities, a company 95% owned by Paz-Andrade and that is its sole director, sold three blocks of shares between 22 and 27 February, at a price ranging between 16.53 euros and 17,077 euros per share.
The first operation took place on February 22, with the sale of 99,972 shares at a price of 17.07 euros, which was followed by another operation three days after 25,000 shares at a price of 17,053 euros and a third, 27 February, by which fell off of 25,000 shares at a price of 16.53 euros.
On the other hand, got rid of 420 shares of the multinational fishing to a value of 16.53 euros per share, which belonged to the company Iber Trade and Industry.
Thus, Paz-Andrade has sold part of its shares in the Galician company for a higher price than when its price stood was suspended by the CNMV on 12 March, when the company's shares were traded at 5, 91 euros per share.
