Panama Canal confirms the lack of agreement and resume construction consortium requires

"Wir wollen nicht aus der Tabelle zurückziehen", sagte AKP-Administrator Jorge Quijano, der nicht ausschloss, dass trotz dem Ende der Zeit der Verhandlungen, Mitternacht gestern, noch eine Einigung mit GUPC erreichen, aber gewarnt das "Fenster" für die Minute ist "schließt".
