The housing prices started the year with a fall of 7.2 % in January , which accumulates and down 40 % from the peaks reached before the bubble burst in December 2007 , according to the Index Spanish Real Estate market ( Imie ) of Tinsa appraiser .
The note points out that the fall Tinsa January is a restraint against the decline from a year earlier , when it decreased by 13.8 % and added that, with exceptions (June and December ) , the descents were moderating month to throughout 2013 to the current figure .
