Business creation took force throughout 2013 to coincide with the departure of the recession and the first signs of recovery. According to official statistics , over the past year 93,363 corporations , representing an increase of 7.1 % compared to 2012 were created. According to data released Tuesday by the INE , the largest increase since the outbreak of the economic crisis. On the opposite side, also increased the number of dissolved companies , 9.1 % to exceed 24,700 , which in turn is a record since the beginning of the problems for five years now .
On the side of the building , the annual increase is achieved after consecutive quarter in 2012 ( +2.8 % ), 2011 (+6 % ) and 2010 (+2.3 %) , which consolidates the positive rates after previous three years of declines . In 2013, the government approved the law for entrepreneurs in order to expedite the creation of companies and limit the impact on the personal assets of the business in case of failure . The rule , however , was not finally approved until September, so its impact on statistics is relative.
