Catalonia on Wednesday launched a serious message to the Government of Mariano Rajoy to immediately activate the Autonomous Liquidity Fund (FLA) and avoid a collapse and end its treasury. Francesc Homs, the Catalan government spokesman, has spared no epithets and warned that if the Government does not receive the 5.023 million in September rescue you requested will "egregious problems" to address their immediate payments.
