France Télécom will purchase before year end Simyo, virtual mobile operator KPN's Spanish subsidiary, amounting to close to 30 million euros, according to The Economist published today, citing sources familiar with the negotiations.
The subsidiary of the French multinational also planning gain Yoigo, TeliaSonera's Spanish subsidiary, over the first months of 2013, as recognized by France Telecom CFO Gervais Pellissier.
Thus, Orange Spain, with 11.8 million mobile customers, 400,000 customers added Simyo and if the 3.7 finally made his customers of Telstra, the subsidiary of France Télécom would reach 15.9 million very close to the 16.3 million Vodafone customers.
