The National Court Judge Pablo Ruz was called to testify as a defendant the singer José Ramón Márquez Martínez, Ramoncín, to be presented at the Central Court on 14 January as part of the cause in which we investigate irregularities society of Authors (SGAE) and the Digital society of Authors of Spain (SDAE).
In a ruling released this morning, the instructor could be considered Ramoncín perpetrator of the crimes of misappropriation and / or unfair administration and forgery. The research part of a Civil Guard report which analyzed 170,552.56 euros bills issued by the so-called 'King of Fried Chicken' and his music publisher, Jupiter Musical SL SGAE group between 2004 and 2012.

Another document responds to a software tool called Virtual Safe. The invoice was issued by Jupiter Musical SGAE SL, although the company has not provided managers of the invoice or contract nor computer tool itself.
