Union Progress and Democracy (UPyD) today introduced to the prosecution of Navarre a complaint against the directors of Banca Civica for alleged, among others, of the crimes of misappropriation, fraud, falsification of accounts and scheme to alter the price of things.
The complaint also extends vicariously liable Caixabank as possible to assume the rights and obligations resulting from the absorption of Banca Civica, which formed Cajasol, Caja Navarra (CAN), Caja Canarias, Caja Burgos, but not for its connection with alleged facts crimes, has clarified the drivers of the complaint.
