Marine Rescue has rescued 120 immigrants in small inflatable rafts, often toy with waters reaching Cadiz during the first six days of December. The rescues came after several calls from mobile phones of the occupants of the boats who warned were drifting in the waters of the Strait.
The last arrival was recorded on Thursday, when 29 immigrants, including a baby, has arrived in four small boats.
The largest issue was registered on Wednesday. A total of 33 immigrants from sub-Saharan origin were rescued in the Strait of Gibraltar when trying to reach Spanish shores aboard three boats.

The first ship of this month was rescued the same day in January, when officials Salvage located seven immigrants trying to reach the Spanish coast in a toy boat. A day after 11 immigrants were found in sub-Saharan origin in two inflatable boats. On Monday, December 3, 21 immigrants from sub-Saharan origin were rescued. The arrival of immigrants continued on day 4 with 19 immigrants, including six women and two babies.
