L'opération "OffshoreLeaks", engagée par le Consortium international de journalistes d'investigation (ICIJ), en association avec Le Monde, le Guardian ou encore le Washington Post, révèle au grand jour les secrets des "juridictions à palmiers". Des dizaines de milliers de personnes, dans plus de 170 pays, sont liées de près ou de loin à des compagnies offshore nichées dans les paradis fiscaux. Petit florilège des données dévoilées et des réactions suscitées par l'enquête de l'ICIJ.

EN SUISSE, UN EX-MARI DE BRIGITTE BARDOT

Gunter Sachs, le photographe, célèbre en Allemagne et en Suisse alémanique, ayant acquis la nationalité helvétique en 1976, est l'héritier de la dynastie von Opel, des voitures Opel. Entre 1993 et 2007, Portcullis Trustnet aux Iles Cook a ouvert pour lui deux sociétés à responsabilité limitée et cinq trusts.

Selon une enquête du quotidien suisse Matin Dimanche et la Süddeutsche Zeitung, aucune de ces entités ne figure dans la déclaration fiscale de Gunter Sachs, domicilié à Gstaad de 2008 jusqu'à son suicide le 7 mai 2011.
