The robberies in homes continue to rise. This follows from the balance of crime developed by the Ministry of Interior, which shows an increase of 6.1% in the first three months of the year compared to the same period of 2012. The 537 223 crimes and offenses committed in the first quarter of 2013 have been recorded, however, a decrease of 2.5%. Interior highlights the Spanish figures put the rate among the lowest in the European Union.
