The seats in the official accounts that the PP has provided the National Court, which has had access to the paper, folded with the notes recorded in the books of Barcenas, demonstrate this practice opaque, designed to prevent outside party funding declared illegal by the Court of Auditors.
Since public COUNTRY notebooks made Barcenas, the PP has maintained that their accounts were completely legal as they had been audited by the Court without reproach. The result of comparing the official accounting of PP reflects Barcenas notebooks clearly and with numerous examples the masking mechanism that used the responsible party accounts.
The extesorero records the September 11, 2003 in his book manuscript donated by the businessman José Luis Sánchez € 100,000 illegal over-limit stated in the Law on Financing of Political Parties. Fifteen days later, on September 26, 2003, notes in his notebook Barcenas an income of 50,000 euros at Banco de Vitoria. The law states that donations must be automatically entered into a special bank account.
In the official accounts that the PP has referred to the judicial authorities are recorded that same September 26, 2003 five moneymakers in the Banco de Vitoria by 9,000, 12,000, 8,000, 6,000 and 15,000 euros. Together these five income "anonymous donations", according to the definition given in the official accounts of the PP, given the amount of 50,000 euros Barcenas reflected in their notebooks with the concept "Banco de Vitoria entered".
On 3 October the same year, the PP extesorero noted in his book donated by the businessman Manuel Contreras for 120,000 euros, double the maximum allowed by law. Three days later, on October 6, 2003, notes in his notebook Barcenas entering those same 120,000 euros at Banco de Vitoria.
The official accounting collects PP October 6, 2003 four moneymakers in the Banco de Vitoria in the concept of "anonymous donations" for 35,000, 40,000, 20,000 and 25,000 euros. The sum of these four income results in 120,000 euros Barcenas scored from his own handwriting in the notebooks which recorded revenues not only corporate donations, but other periodic payments to the Popular Party leadership between 1990 and 2008.
The leaders of the conservative formation appearing in the annotations of Barcenas and employers listed in the box of donations have denied that these notes are true.
Examples of 2003 repeated in 2004, 2005 and 2007, years in which Barcenas income recorded in his notebook in the special account for donations that the PP was in the Banco de Vitoria, then Banesto.
The secretary general of the PP, Dolores Cospedal, last Monday saw a falsehood that the official accounts of his party reflect illegal donations recorded in the notebooks of Barcenas.
Moreover, the case summary Barcenas also includes a letter from the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor which shows that the information collected from the Ministry of Finance, the Tax Office has no record of the payment of income tax by the PP funds paid Jaime Ignacio del Burgo and Santiago Abascal, both recognized by and reflected in the notebooks of Barcenas.
