The Prime Minister, Mariano Rajoy, has called this morning to the regional presidents and barons of the PP to make it clear that the commitment of all authorities with the deficit target must remain the priority and, with a view to the Policy Council Tax and Finance to be held tomorrow, will not accept blank verse.
