The Government has included in the law of entrepreneurs a way for foreigners to buy more than two million euros in debt receive legal residency in the country to attract capital and investment to the country. As announced by the Vice President, Soraya Saenz de Santamaria, foreign investors may also be made with a residence permit to purchase a home or property worth more than 500,000 euros.
