The Superior Tribunal of Justice (TSJ) of Valencia has ratified the dismissal without compensation of Maria Dolores Amoros, former CEO of the Caja Mediterráneo (CAM). The high court validates in its entirety the judgment of the Labour Court No. 4 of Alicante, and considers Amorós "acted in bad faith" and hurt "seriously" the interests of the entity. The exdirectiva addition to regular compensation, a claim requesting extra 10 million in lost profits.
