The Treasury on Tuesday got 4863.66 million at an auction of Arts at 12 and 18 months, so we paid a marginal rate slightly lower than last time.

This is the first operation of the Spanish state funding after the downgrade by two notches from debt rating by Standard & Poor's.

The agency under the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness had set a target from a low of 3.500 million and a maximum of 4,500 million.

Specifically, the Treasury has awarded a total of 3400.62 million in letters to 12 months, which offered an interest rate of 2.860% marginal, the lowest since April, from 2.978% in the previous auction of the same characteristics on 18 September.

Meanwhile, put lyrics to 18 months amounting to 1463.04 million with an interest rate of 3.070%, while in the previous operation was 3.150%. Today was the lowest cost to this term since March this year.

It should be noted further that the total demand of investors reached 13.653 million euros. The coverage ratio at 12 months was 2.71 times compared to 2.03 in September, while a year and a half has been coverage of 3.04 times, 3.56 lower than last month.
