Exports continued apace in June despite recessionary primarily affecting the euro zone, a priority market for Spain. Foreign sales increased by 5.1%, representing a slight decline from the figure recorded in May, when they had risen by 6.2%. Between January and June, the increase in sales outside of Spain was 3.4%, according to data released this morning by the Ministry of Economy. As for imports, fell by 1.4% in June while also reducing 1.4% during the first six months of the year.
