The unions UGT, CCOO and STAS (Administration workers) will resort to the High Court of Justice of Castilla-La Mancha the removal of hundreds of interim published today in the Official Journal of the region considering that there has been respected collective bargaining.
The representatives of the three unions have made this announcement during a rally outside the headquarters of the Ministry of Public Administration who have come to about 200 people, according to Europa Press, to protest temporary layoffs involving this modification.
The order, which modifies the relationship of jobs in each council, and appeared Monday night, minutes after the end of the meeting between the unions and the Government of Dolores Cospedal, in the autonomous community newsletter. Will run from tomorrow.
The two sides met on Monday for 10 hours to negotiate a particularly tense meeting continue to disagree about the number of workers affected by the elimination of positions. The regional government confirmed late Monday night that deleted 43% of temporary staff posts. The representatives of the workers, however, continue to raise that figure to 80%, 672 jobs.
They denounced on Monday the attitude "intransigent" Board. Furthermore, Gustavo Fabra, the STAS, accused the CEO of the public, Juan Manuel de la Fuente, "dictatorial attitude". From the Government, a spokeswoman Dolores de Cospedal said the order was "unauthorized" and "far" the number of layoffs would be targeted by the unions. This voice also justified dismissals for the "oversized" Territorial Administration. Unions deny this point however, arguing that the dismissal of the interim will "technical bankruptcy" of regional services.
PSOE spokesman in the Castile-La Mancha, José Luis Martínez Guijarro, has accused the government of Maria Dolores de Cospedal to demonstrate their "phobia" to the regional administration. Socialist spokesman also expressed his concern that "some statements that were made during the negotiating table", in which the director general of the Civil Service, Juan Manuel de la Fuente, "said that this was nothing more the beginning, that once solved the issue of interim and begin to work with other staff of the regional administration, "complains.
