The spokesman for the Catalan Government, Francesc Homs, said Wednesday that the Government has no plans new economic adjustments before the end of 2012 after the urgent request government assistance, but has ruled out giving any payment guarantees to entities third sector in concert. Francesc Homs said that the Catalan government is not satisfied that the state's regional liquidity will be launched in the coming days, preventing, thus, that the Government can meet its payment obligations.
