Swiss bank UBS has reached an agreement with U.S. authorities, Switzerland and the UK on the promises to pay 1,400 Swiss francs (1,170 million euros) to settle international investigations initiated by manipulation the interbank rate LIBOR, an amount three times the 450 million dollars (347 million euros) in June by Barclays agreed on this issue.
