Technocracy disclaims recommended action

As a picture is worth a thousand words, I open this post with the salary table of OECD officials as at January 1, 2012. As you can see, are classified in 24 categories ranging from C1 (2,102 per month) to A7 (11,399 euros per month, in twelve payments), not counting bonuses for seniority, children's, expatriation, installation, schooling, family charge, rent, insurance, etc..
This means that, as in the case of Mariano Rajoy, whose salary is € 72,000 years, a number of OECD officials earn more than the presidents of advising the government and pay those wages to the same fees States that support these organizations. Does that make any sense?
If you have time, can peruse the 435 pages summarizing the labor regulations of OECD staff [download here]. It seems that a philosophy of competitiveness and flexibility as offered by the OECD is compatible with such detailed and extensive regulation.
Anyway, the Secretary General of the organization, Angel Gurria, whose career is closely linked to the Mexican PRI (was Minister of Finance and Foreign between 1994 and 2000), has recommended that cheapen Spain dismissal, because apparently remains too difficult. It also seems to Gurría and his team that pensions are too high and too easily accessed them, and therefore recommends that lower rates further. Not to mention the VAT, which would also go up. They are the main measures the OECD recommends Spain in their final report. And all this for nothing, for their own estimates are that we will remain in the vicinity of the six million unemployed and that our economic growth will be ridiculous.
In the fifth year of the crisis, democracies are beginning to review the functioning of the financial system and setting limits to the bonds and the irrigation practices. Is insufficient, but it is a good start. Lack across to start talking about all these international organizations, its justification, its effectiveness, the return of function.
