The Prosecutor's Office of Galicia will appeal against the decision of the Court of First Instance of A Coruña not to admit the invalidity of contracts preferred shares and compensation for the injured, as reported Thursday by the Public Ministry statement.
The judges allowed for processing the request made in the application of the Prosecutor against Novagalicia Banco Galicia by preferential marketed by Caixa Galicia and Caixanova on cessation of possible abuses in the contracts signed by the defendant entities. The trial was held on December 20.
In the car, it is argued that the prosecution is "entitled to exercise the injunction", but "lacks standing to exercise as seeking other industrial action differently."

Carlos Varela, the chief prosecutor of Galicia, will meet next Wednesday with representatives of the affected platforms preferred.
