The director of Caja de Avila, Jose Manuel Espinosa, has decided to forgo rightful compensation from the state, 400,000 euros, as announced by the president, Pablo Luis Gomez. The amount had been negotiated after waiving initial compensation of nearly 5 million.
The president unveiled the absence of a few days in the box to dissolve and pass into the hands of a protectorate of the Board. Caja de Avila is one of the organizations that joined Bankia, which transferred its financial business.
Months after the operation and the flotation of the company, Bankia and its parent, BFA, were nationalized by the State to its precarious financial situation.
