The crisis in the automotive sector is not unique to Spain. Overall, the European car market fell by 7.3% compared to the first ten months of 2011
The worst performing market in percentage recorded so far this year is Greece (-39.9%), followed by Portugal (-38.3%), while Iceland is the fastest growing (+56,6%)
