The Government of Castilla-La Mancha has repealed the order by which it established the emergency closing night of 21 points Continuous Care (PAC) in the region, following the decision of the Court of Justice of Castilla-La Mancha in which was the reason for precautionary manner to affected municipalities.
The government argues that the rulings of the Court of Justice of Castilla-La Mancha on the order made "virtually impossible" to achieve improvement goals that are intended to get with it. The decision was published this morning in the Official Journal of Castilla-La Mancha.

The decision to close the 21 centers was adopted earlier this year, as a constraint over public health services. Although the official spokesman explained that residents would have to travel harmed just a few miles to a call center in practice proved that, sometimes, the patient had to travel by car over 50 miles, and dangerous roads and night.
