"What do you call the Catholic Monarchs?"; These and other questions of varying difficulty which could be included in a test to measure what it is a Spanish citizen. The Popular Party, which today released its election manifesto, has decided to impose a review of Spanishness access to nationality as one of their pledges collected for 20N elections.
