The measure is included as an additional provision in the Legislative Decree on liquidity measures and public administrations in the financial sector, which received 182 votes in favor, 103 against and 27 abstentions.

In addition, Royal Decree includes other additional provision amending regulation granting of guarantees of debt securities of credit institutions.
