The Council of Ministers has approved two new laws on Friday: the foreign policy, which will launch "XXI century diplomacy," the Foreign Minister Jose Manuel Garcia-Margallo, and private security, which regulates the activity private detectives.

Moreover, the Cabinet of Mariano Rajoy, has given the green light to the parliamentary proceedings of the draft law on private security, which will replace the force since 1992.
