The increase, higher than expected, also increases the loss of purchasing power of the Spanish to the salary adjustment for workers who are suffering.
In addition to the increase of 3.4% in the group of food and drinks, in the May CPI also affected the prices of leisure and culture, which increased to 1.6% point, especially for the organized trip that, although down, it did to a lesser extent than the previous year.
