The passage of the will is the fact that he gave the PSOE, which has decided to propose the inclusion of the King's House, political parties, trade unions and business organizations between institutions to be subject to the Transparency Act. That is, the rule is intended to apply to all entities in which most of its funds come from public subsidies.
Details of how the parties will be subject to the law will be presented in the amendment to be submitted by socialists, as has been pointed party supplies. For cases in which receive money from other sources, establish a special regime.
Then the ball is in the court of the PP, which would vote on whether to accept a measure that, in principle, had rejected. In its initial proposal, the Government decided that all these institutions remain outside the Transparency Act, although many of the suggestions made during the public consultation to which was referred the bill so demanding.
So far, two of the three experts who have been through the committee discussion in which the text of the new law noted the need to include in the rule matches. He had also spoken of the King's House. The data on the accounts that extesorero PP, Luis Barcenas, was in Switzerland, and the alleged payments were exposed in black money, evidently, the need for the accounts of the parties can be controlled by something other than the Tribunal Accounts that with a meager staff, has delays of up to four years.
For now, the only reference on the control of the Government parties has been exposed by the chief executive, Mariano Rajoy, in Congress, where he talked about collective measures to increase control and transparency in the accounts. These form part of the package that the vice president, Soraya Sáenz de Santamaría, commissioned the Center for Constitutional Studies, which will report next week.
Among the major parties, the PSOE has just posted, on its website, its annual budget. This year, the forecast of revenue is just over 20 million euros, of which 17.4 are from public subsidies.
The PP refers to the reports of the Court of Auditors (the last accounting report is 2007) in the category of annual accounts.
United Left has also posted its budget on its website, at least 2012, the year for which anticipated revenues of just over four million euros, of which about 80% come from public subsidies.
La Casa del Rey published, since 2011, the budget allocation distribution including, annually, the State Budget. However, it is not known how the money is spent each of the members of the royal family budget.
