Lazora, with 1,100 million invested in 90 properties for rent from housing and a capital of 490 million euros, becomes REIT (SII).
The company, headed by Osácar Concha, was established in 2004 with capital of several savings banks to invest in building social housing for rent. A park, the company maintains an occupancy of over 90%. In 2011, won the majority of the group's capital Resa who was 25 residences in major Spanish universities. It has protected 7,000 homes for rent with income from 250 euros and 6,700 seats for student accommodation.
The transformation of society in SII, under the supervision of the CNMV, makes it the largest of the nine registered. This figure has tax advantages because it taxed at 1%.
