The Community of Madrid has pointed Wednesday to the intense campaign for state funding, which takes weeks pressing the accelerator to take advantage of improved debt markets. The issue has taken place after the Council of Ministers on Friday approved the authorization to Madrid to issue debt in the amount of 2,270 million euros, corresponding to the long-term depreciation provided for the year 2013.
