The 35 arrested yesterday during an attempt to demonstrate in front of the House of Representatives will pass along this afternoon and tomorrow morning to justice, police sources have confirmed. The novelty is that the High Court will be responsible for receiving those arrested, and it is suspected of a crime against the state institutions.
Four of the 35 arrested have a history, as explained from the Delegation of the Government of Madrid. One murder with malice, abuse, theft and vehicle theft and drug trafficking. Both have a history of felony theft and other damage. One of them is lower.

For example, they used "homemade shields" to face the facts of caps riot rubbish containers which had been fixed with foam handles made of plastic tubes and attacked "simultaneously and coordinated the flanks of the ranks of agents."

The High Court had opened preliminary proceedings against eight of the organizers of the protest of 25-S to the possible commission of a crime against the deputies and the Congress itself.

Both provide for prison sentences of six months to a year to promote or conduct demonstrations at the Congress of Deputies when meeting or seriously disrupt the order of their sessions. The sentences can be replaced by a fine of six to 24 months.
