The Spanish family died in the events following the eviction of a Saharawi camp in Laayoune, Baby Hamday Buyema, has filed a lawsuit in the High Court as a private prosecution against the Moroccan Interior Minister, Taib Cherkaoui, and against humanity " murder. "
This is the second complaint that is registered in the National Court on these facts, though unlike that presented by the Spanish League for Human Rights, which he did as a class action, is directed also against the police chief's body GUS and special agents "still unidentified directly involved in the murder" of Baby Hamday.
Like the NGOs, Hamday brother, Mouloud Lammas Ali, considered competent to the National Court to investigate the facts and evidence as a witness asks Foreign Minister Trinidad Jimenez and immediately stop the defendants, also set Governor of El Aaiun, and resolves to remand to give testimony.
Also in this new lawsuit claimed the judge to officiate at the head of the National Intelligence Centre (CNI), Felix Sanz, to provide it with "all available information" about the circumstances of the death of Hamday.
